It’s simple! Just create a free membership account with us first and follow these steps.

1. Browse the products you’re interested in under Menu.

2. Click on any product you wish to purchase, choose your strength and quantity then click “Add to Cart”

3. When you are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping basket icon (top-right of your desktop screen).

4. Confirm your products and subtotal of your order, if you have a coupon code, please enter the code and click Apply Coupon or Discount.

5. When you’re satisfied with your order, click “Checkout”. Note: By clicking “Checkout” you are accepting our Terms of Service.

6. After you have checked out, you will receive an email confirmation for your order and instructions for your Email Transfer Payment.You have now placed your order!

As soon as the order is received, it is put together and vacuum sealed in an air tight, smell proof bag. That bag is placed in a sealed and discrete envelope and sent via Canada Post Xpresspost with a fixed shipping rate of $20, and FREE for all orders over $199!

Orders received and paid before 2PM pacific time will be shipped same day. Orders received and paid later than 2PM pacific time will be shipped the following day.

 

Note: Orders placed on holiday’s or weekends will be shipped the next business day. 

Indica- Typically a stronger product with more earthy flavours and notes. Good for relaxing after work after a hard day and or putting you to sleep. Often referred to as “night time medicine”

Sativa- Not as hard hitting as indica but not always the case. generally has more fruity flavours and smell. Great for before activities or just before setting out for the day. Often referred to as “day time medicine”

Hybrid- As you could probably guess the hybrid strains are genetic blends of sativa and indica. It is wise to do the research of the parent strains before indulging to insure you know what your about to go up against.

What happens if I don't receive my package?

If it has been 48 hours since the expected arrival date of your package and you still have not received it, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]

We will not be held liable for orders that are lost due to:

  • Theft
  • Seizure
  • Incorrect Shipping Address on the Order

My Tracking number isn't working

Your tracking number may have been emailed to you before it has been scanned at the post office. If your tracking number isn’t registering on the Canada Post website please wait until the end of the day and it should appear correctly.  If you are still having problems please contact our team at [email protected] who will be more than happy to look into it for you

Canada Post Says "Successfully Delivered" but I have not received my order

When Canada Post’s tracking tool indicates a package has been successfully delivered, it means it has been delivered “as addressed”

        • On rare occasions Postal Worker’s will scan packages as “delivered” and spend the rest of the next 24 hours delivering them
        • Another possibility is that they may have placed the package in the wrong mailbox.  (Check with your neighbour)
